WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT

Walking alongside you on your journey

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Child Mental Health Specialist in Washington State. I counsel people ages two to hundred in aspects of their lives from creating a strong parent/infant bond to adolescent struggles to saying goodbye at life's end. I see individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families.

My approach is all about the whole-person. I take into consideration one's physical health, social, spiritual and cultural issues as well as mental and emotional well-being. Your course of counseling is set-up to meet your individual situation, needs, and goals. This is your journey. I come alongside you to help ease the burden, encourage you to keep going, and give you a place to rest when you are weary.

Mother of three special needs children, including autistic twins, and step-mother of two wonderful now young adults, devoted wife and working professional. My life gives me insight into blended families, parenting multiples, the teen years, stress, post-partum issues, child developmental issues, trying to balance life, finances, jobs, marriage, and sense of self.
